I like this very much. But at the same time I need to observe the quantity of sugar and oil used in this recipe. But the taste was so marvelous and my husband's remark was "cekodok at stake- with taste equal to kuih akok". Hahahahaha.

Bahan-bahan
5 biji pisang
3/4 cawan gula
1 cawan tepung naik sendiri
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 biji telur
air ¼ cawan - air jangan letak banyak sangat, nanti adunan jadi cair. Tambahkan air jika perlu sahaja. Sebab pisang tu pun dah ada air juga, kalau terlembik nanti tak jadi gebu cekodok tu.

Cara-cara
1. Hancurkan pisang. Campur semua bahan. Gaul sebati. Last sekali baru campurkan air sedikit. Jangan terus letak air banyak, sebab nanti bila dah terlembik susah nak adjust. Kacau lagi. Adunan jangan cair (ala-ala macam buat jemput-jemput ikan bilis).
